Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is often referred to as the “relaxing massage.” Light to firm pressure on a range of of long, smooth strokes, with kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

Therapeutic Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue

Therapeutic Massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It is called deep tissue, because it also focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It can help reduce pain, increase range of motion, relieve muscle spasms and improve circulation.

Pre-Natal Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a special type of a massage therapy tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Many women find that pregnancy massage helps to minimize stress, promote relaxation and help with low back pain.
